Instructions for Trip Donations

Instructions for trip donations:

Hope Community Church has made it very easy to give through online giving or if you prefer personal check/cash. Please know that any gifts are tax deductible.

OPTION 1: (Online Giving)

This option is currently only available using debit cards, NOT credit cards.

OPTION 2: (Checks/Cash)

1.     Checks should be made out to “Hope Community Church” with the team member’s name, trip location and trip travel month in the memo line. For our trip this should read as follows: 

(Bunten, Belize, July 27th – August 1st.)

2.     Cash should be put in an envelope with the team member’s name, trip location and trip travel month on it. (Example: Bunten, Belize, July 27th –August 1st)

3.     If you wish for your cash donation to be tax deductible, your information (name, address, email) should be included on the envelope as well.
